The Cleaver would be sweet if it weren't for the -1 energy regeneration...worst mod IMO.

I'd target 50K-60K on the Axe because of the very nice mods.

Hammer = about 200k, but not many warriors use hammers, so it'll be hard to sell it...

If the hammer is spiky, then 125k, if not 60-80k. I agree with Jetdoc that the cleaver is worth around 50k
